HA5C3-T

The HA5C3-T is a single-axis rotary unit with three 5C collet noses. The
“-T” indicates the unit has thrust bearings to handle higher axial loads.
Always select the -T version when planning to use a tailstock to support
long workpieces. Tailstock thrust must not exceed 800 lb (3559 N). Clamp your parts using standard 5C collets, or chuck them by threading a
3-jaw chuck to the spindle nose. This unit comes with a manual collet
closer. Optional pneumatic collet closers are also available. Note: Requires a Haas mill with 4th-axis drive and NGC software version 100.19.000.1100 or later for full 4th-axis operation. Stand-alone operation requires a
Haas rotary control box shipped after November 10, 2021, with software version 26.32 or newer.
